I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. The only reason I gave two stars is because they were quick to come to my house after I initially called. The technician came to my house, I explained to him that we believed it was (sludge clogging the drain line because the pan was filling with water.) He claimed that the capacitor was bad and he cleaned the drain line…the AC did briefly kick on before it stopped working again. Jason was amazing!!!! this place is great, we are a dental clinic, we had an emergency, they answered and treated me the perfect way to treat an employee that needed answers and help, not only that, they came to our place FAST and got everything running in LESS than an hour!!!! We'd heard of Rideout from our neighbors and decided to give a shot when my husband couldn't troubleshoot what was wrong with our AC. These guys were great! Punctual, polite, well-groomed, and efficient at diagnosing AND solving our problem. They were also good with our cats :) 5 stars for sure!
Jason was the great! He was incredibly professional and proficient! He offered advice and got the job done expeditiously! I will definitely be using this company in the future and recommend to everyone I know! Of note, their rates are great! Definitely cheaper than anyone in town!
