Had a new unit installed when we moved here in 2020. Even though problems surfaced days later, they were very responsive, helpful, respectful, and covered some of the repairs themselves even though they were not necessarily at fault. Since then, I’ve called them every time a problem arises, and they are quick, do not upsell, and priced fairly.
Sadly they don't actually offer free estimates. They called to schedule and told me its a $89 service trip charge when I explicitly said estimate.
Call Rideout & Sons Very professional and get the job done right the first time! I highly recommend!
This is a local company with great service. I have used them for years and they service my unit annually. I highly recommend them if you want great service you can count on.
