Showed up within 1/2 hour of my call. Figured out in 5 minutes the blower motor was bad, amazingly enough they had an upgraded replacement motor on the truck for my 4 ton carrier unit. While the one guy was cleaning out my drain and unit. the other guy Jason replaced the motor. They ended up repairing a few things with the drain and checking my unit for gas leaks and wrapped the job up in less than an hour. I can't give this company enough good reviews. And to top it off, the price was extremely reasonable.

We’ve been Ridout customers for years now and had always been pleased with their service, but this time they really raised the bar. Our old system died on Labor Day afternoon. The Ridout team had been keeping it on life support for a couple of years, but this seemed like the end. I called that evening hoping to get on their schedule for the following day. These guys were awesome from first contact, (returning a call on Sunday afternoon) to complete intall, ( done by 10:30 AM the next morning! Highly recommend this family owned company for your HVAC needs. Thanks for a great job guys!!
I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. The only reason I gave two stars is because they were quick to come to my house after I initially called. The technician came to my house, I explained to him that we believed it was (sludge clogging the drain line because the pan was filling with water.) He claimed that the capacitor was bad and he cleaned the drain line…the AC did briefly kick on before it stopped working again.
