I had a positive experience with Rideout 12/19/24. The first of which was Patrick when I called; he gave me the first appointment time the next morning! Yeah folks, you heard that right. The tech that came out, Lee, was able to correctly surmise the issue after telling him I had cleaned the coils, the compressor is working, heat works and I replaced the capacitor 2 days prior. Hunter was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He fixed and flushed my unit in a timely fashion. He took the time to show me how to help keep the buildup from happening again. Very reasonable in price. Another company had come out earlier and gave false diagnosis as well as tried to charge more than double what I paid. You truly have a customer for life. I can't even begin to say how amazing Rideout & Sons is! I highly highly recommend their team. We had some major issues, and they were in-depth and priced fairly!
A/C went out over weekend. James was out first thing. I was holding my breath on cost. He was thorough with the unit and took 15 minutes to fix. Exceptionally reasonable. Highly recommended
Called and asked someone to come out and check my a/c unit. Doug came today. Answered all our questions and was very professional. Thank you for your prompt service. We will use them again for future service. Second time out in month....same day service. Very pleased with what was done.
