Just like walking into a car dealership, unfortunately. They also didn’t particularly seem to be prepared for when I arrived to pick up my machine. No test drive beforehand, which I kind of understand for insurance reasons to a point. The people were nice enough, however they kept hounding to keep adding things to the price. I probably would purchase from them again But I really doubt that I’ll be doing business with them again as far as any maintenance or accessories goes.
