Outstanding sales service...I always ask for Kris Ramsey, as he is the number one guy there (Craig Road RideNow) for all my questions. Excellent service dept and parts dept, always have great attitudes and very knowledgable!

Had an issue with my Harley Davidson not starting. I called Ridenow on Craig and talked to the GM Jeff Mackie he had his driver Joe (great dude) come over and pick up my bike around 11am, they called me and said my bike was ready at 3:00pm. The issue was the anti-theft key fob battery was dead. They replaced it and gave me an extra one to keep on the bike along with advice on how to avoid this situation in the future. Be very careful when purchasing a vehicle from them. Have been waiting three months for my title app. and all they will tell me that "it's in the mail" Meanwhile I can not register it until I get the papers.
