I had a problem with a battery I got, happens that it is out of warranty, I called anyway. Jim in parts went out of his way to still honor the warranty to replace the battery. I would like to say if you need some help on parts, Jim is your man. I look forward to dealing with Jim in the future. I truly thank you for the help. Ricardo.

I had my 2002 Yamaha 1700 V-Twin Warrior picked up from my home this Saturday. The Driver was very helpful and easy to work with as we loaded my Baby on the Trailer. I knew I was leaving it in good hands. Thanks for the good start to getting my Ride on the Road again.
