Not dependable!! 40 minutes picking up for colonoscopy app’t & over an hour late picking me up after procedure. Made appointments 4 days ahead. Gave a tip for pickup & was going to do the same for return. No way!

Oh my god this service is absolutely awful. I can’t believe any company is run like this. They constantly don’t show up, if they do they are two hours late and give you attitude about it. They make you sit and wait 2-3 hours after your appointment out in the heat while telling you the driver is 10 minutes away and stuck in traffic every time you call. How is this joke still in business??

Driver was 10 min late picking us up for appointment. When we got in the car there was another passenger he had to drop off 15 min in the opposite direction we had to go! Then he missed the exit and we had to drive to TAMPA to get turned around to go to Clearwater! We missed our appointment had to wait 2 hrs until we could be worked in. Sent same guy to pick us up. What a horrible company Ride2MD here in Marion county FL. I hate Freedom Health has chosen Ride2MD. They never pick you up on time for your appointment, and you have to wait two hours to return home. Sad and embarrassing. The drivers don't call you before they come to pick you up and they don't tell you what going on. This I guess that is because the drivers(99.5% don't speak English). It's a big mess. I'm a cancer patient and my Doctors appointment is vital to my well-being. I have to constantly call the headquarters to see... read more
