Really fun and informative! Our speaker/tour guide was really cute and funny! Heidi Claire ... you did a great job making us laugh, sing, dance and learn about the amazingly beautiful Emerald City.

Seating very cramped and uncomfortable, onboard music far too loud, tour guide had some useful information about Seattle but had a very negative outlook on businesses, taxes, local identities, residents, arts etc of Seattle. In a nutshell tour guide gave a very negative experience, I would not recommend this tour.
