SAD TO SAY!! I WAS SO PLEASE TO FINALLY GET A VEHICLE. AFTER GOING THROUGH 2 LOSSES ON VEHICLES. I FINALLY THOUGHT I MADE A GREAT CHOOSE ON CHOOSING THIS COMPANY. MY FAMILY AND I FINALLY HAD SOMETHING RELIABLE TO DEPEND ON. WELL THAT CAME TO A VERY SHORT END. I ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR A MONTH!!AND ON MAY 30TH THIS COMPANY AND CREDIT FINANCIAL GROUP CAME AND REPOSSESSED MY VEHICLE FROM ONLY BEING BEHIND ONE PAYMENT! Ride Now Motors was NOT responsible for your repossession. The bank that you where financed with is Credit Financial Group, they are the lender, and ultimately responsible for whatever dispute that you have.
Rip off. Rip off. Rip off. All I received from this company was lies and bills for repairs. I had my car less than a year and it was in the shop 4times with major issues. They never wanted to honor my warranty. Always trying to find a way around using it. The customer service was horrible. I am very unhappy with my experience
