I purchased a car from then in May. Now my engine light is on and the issue is my transmission. I was told by one person they they would take a look at it and get it fixed. Then I was called by the service manager and he stated that they would look at it but I have to pay them to do so. Then I was told by another manager that they would not fix it unless I paid them to fix it. She didn’t care at all. All they care about is your money. Not selling good cars.

When you called to speak with us, which was months after the engine had already been on, you stated you had your boyfriend (who is not a mechanic) pour transmission fluid into the vehicle (without knowing if the transmission was actually the reason for the light being on) instead of bringing it in for us to diagnose and fix free of charge while your vehicle was still covered under your warranty (6 months or 6k miles-whichever came first). I purchased a car in February went to have timing belt/something similar fix just to know motor was bad the entire time. The dealership said they screwed me over and car should have never been sold. That’s from February to May 🤦🏽♀️ DONT DO IT.

I purchased a 2015 town and country van had problems in the first couple weeks of owning the van. I take back for them to fix this oil leak but they didn't fix that they fixed something else then I had to take it back for the same problem they tell me you have a warranty all you need to pay is $100 the next day the call and tell me that I have to pay $374 to get my van back . this is crazy and the manager has bad customer service hung up on me twice
