Went in there multiple times requesting information on a truck. Had to pry information from them. They provide bad customer service. Its nice to see the GENERAL MANAGER has a beer behind his desk that everyone to see. Also its nice when there sleeping on the couch. On top of that they will sell a vehicle right out from under you. So buyer beware!
Recommendedi live in NH and i was looking to get a car shipped up to me from these guys. Steve went above and beyond the call of duty. Dude sent me pics of litrtally every part of the car. He was forthcoming with info and sent me a list of what codes were on in the car. Would definitely do business with him again. They have treated me and my Husband like family everytime we go there. If you are going to be late on a payment you let them know and they will work with you! They have affordable prices! My husband and I got our first car with them and I couldn't be any happier! We are talking about getting another car from them in the future! I love going in and looking at the cars and them telling us everything about the cars and I love test driving the cars! Such an amazing place!
The worst experience with a car a dealing with the owner in my life!!! Put me in a vehicle that consistently had issues, never offered to put me in another vehicle, broke down at 11:30 at night with a 8yr old in the car all night and still they did nothing. The car has been sitting in Cleveland for almost 3 weeks now and still have not picked it up, even though the owner said several times he was. I think Ride Now is a great place.The owner and salesman was very polite and helpful to my needs.my daughters also got cars fro m there with no problems.There mechs are top noch they no there cars.
Do what you say you will do.
they do not sell reliable vehicles nor do they have good mechanics.please run from this dealership.i know people who got screwed
