Very friendly staff, great bikes that track your progress. The classes could be more intense but overall a really nice place in a great location.
I had a GREAT time. You enroll online and select your bike number/position. This selection allows a projection of your effort and "place" in the class -- the competitive factor will make you push harder than you thought you could! The studio provides towels to mop your sweat. Cubbies to store your goods safely during a class. My teacher had a perfectly timed playlist (this makes a huge difference in a cycle class) and kept us on pace. She also kept the lights low (love me some good mood lighting). Love Ride DC! The instructors are very motivating and it has the best atmosphere!
This new establishment in the middle of the 14th/U corridor really cooks as an indoor-cycling studio! The owners, Rachel, Zac, and Allison, are passionate about creating the best environment for your spinning as well as durn friendly to talk with, a breath of fresh air to those other snooty studios.
