Highly recommend a bike fit session at Contour. I purchased a bespoke bike from UK but never felt really comfortable on it despite the team having all my measurements. So decided to contact Darren at Contour. The appointment process was easy and very professional.. it feels like a different bike, rides like a dream. Thanks to the whole team for your professional assistance.
I went in on the weekend and the bathroom was filthy. Bin overflowing and no toilet paper. A girl with bright blonde hair was sitting behind the desk at the front on her phone and ignored me. Seems like this business is more concerned about their “cool factor” than service as it’s not the first time I’ve been ignored or there has been no one in the shop at all. Not sure what the business model is here but apparently service isn’t it.
