If i could give them a negative rating I would. These people are the worst of the worst. They con you into a price at a "monthly" rate only to find out that amount is weekly.. Then when I brought it back to be serviced they put my car in a "secured lot" and when I came to pick it up it was missing all four tires and sitting on concrete blocks. Then they wanted me to pay for four new tires... I ended up giving them the car back..... never again would I use them or send anyone to them..
The people at VCI Mobility were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and explain the features and options for van wheelchair lifts. I felt very comfortable doing business with them and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent a wheelchair van.
