Very friendly and helpful!
I visited their store in the EP Mall nervous that I had broken a cherished necklace for my wife. Have no fear said Olivia as she gracefully took my piece of jewelry and repaired it back to new! Didn’t charge me a penny and certainly made my day.
Exception workmanship and great customer service! Jose did a beautiful job with the repair of a very special piece of jewelry at a reasonable price and on time. And the team made me feel like a valuable customer. In Eden Praire there is only one real choice ........ Riddle's
The staff were wonderful. They were very attentive and my ring turned out beautifully. I was impressed with the whole experience. Thank you.
Very good customer service! They do free polishes for your jewelry in just minutes! Super convenient!
