Great customer service. Primary worked with Vera and she was great. There was one misunderstanding regarding a discount that was unfortunate, because I was ready to make a purchase on a ring I had been looking at for a while. Vera, along with other staff members, were flexible and helped me find something that still worked for me. Look forward to doing business with them again.

Super impressed with my experience here. I came in for a ring resizing and the ladies at the front desk were kind and conversational. They took a look at my ring for anything that may need to be tightened or anything for them to look out for when resizing. We had tried another store and were quoted 2-3 weeks and over $150 to resize. When we went to riddles they quoted us 2 days and at a fraction of the price. Went in to ask about fixing my original wedding ring because it was getting thin. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Ended up getting part of the shank replaced and adding a band. I love the finished product!!! 100% recommend. Way better prices than another jewlery store in the mall.

I was so impressed with this local jewelry store today. I went in to have some links taken out of my watch and the jeweler was friendly, helpful, and did this quickly. Genuine customer service at its finest!

Zachary and Meredith and the whole team at Eden Prairie Riddle's are wonderful. I had been misinformed about my warranty at another location and needed a repair. They not only fixed my ring. They also took the time to explain the warranty. Everyone on staff was so kind. I recommend purchasing from this location and staff.
