Our experience with Riddles started off on the wrong foot (online) but they exceeded our expectations at the Eden Prairie store and the Mall Of America store! My first engagement ring came scratched up, the setting was totally crooked, and the diamond was not placed properly. My fiance & I went to the MOA store and the manager (can’t recall her name) examined it and was appalled by the appearance. She immediately put an order in for an entirely new ring. I was in a pinch to get jewelry cleaned for our big day. Zachary and team cleaned it for free and had me on my way in 10 minutes. Highly recommend
The best experience here!! I will for sure be trusting Riddle’s with my jewelry going forward! Im about a week out from my wedding and got my band in late and it was a little too small but with the intricate design, it would be hard to resize. I brought it into here and the sweetest lady was able to use a ring stretcher so it fit. Was in and out in 30 minutes! Would highly recommend Riddle’s for any jewelry needs. Thank you!!!
