2/1/2018 My husband recently passed at BMH. The doctors and nurses in the ICU are unbelievable. They made us feel he was the only patient there. He had excellent around the clock care. Everyone treated us like family. They were never too busy to speak with us, and explained everything that was happening. Since we don't live close and I wasn't able to get there every day, someone would always call me or I called them. I am so thankful he was there. Nursing and medical care wonderful . All staff and facilities awesome It is very problematic that there is no working WIFI that would let my computer connect so I could get work done for my various jobs as I was waiting for surgery to finish
A family member has needed to be in the Emergency Department twice in 24 hours for two different things. I cannot say strongly enough how professional and kind the physicians, nurses, and other staff have been.
Thank you ALL for all your help. I could not have done my recovery without ALL your help. The staff at PHYSICIAL, OCCUPATIONAL, SPEECH AND REC therapy were great. Every one at the hospitial always had a smile on their face and they made me feel so welcome and comfortable.
