Whoever answers their phone to make appointments was not in a good mood today. Lots of sighs, huffs and puffs. She offered no solution, so I had to figure it out and "not go away". She sounded relieved when she said they do not take my insurance, even though a GP referred me. Kinda glad I won't be going there.
Dr. Scott took great care of my daughter with a skin rash on her face. Dr Scott was thorough, to the point, and explained very well all of our options and what each course of action would look like and the risks/benefits to each one. She seemed patient to answer all of our questions. After my daughter saw her a few times, I liked her and made an appt for a wellness check to get myself established as her patient as well. Then I recommended her to my mom.
I would stay far away from this doctor. No bedside manner. Doesn’t listen and makes wrong diagnoses. Wouldn’t do a skin scraping to figure out what was wrong. She might need to reassess how she treats patients.
