I have used Riddell for over 15 years. They have saved me TWICE. Once when a water heater burst and flooded a brand new renewal on my kitchen and once when a insurance inspector stepped on a pipe in the attic and it burst flooding my master bathroom and he left. Gary was here in minutes to get the water shut off. I even had a ER water shut off installed in my home so if I have a plumbing issue I can shut it off myself.
