Avoid Riddell Plumbing at all costs. We showed their plumber two-bathroom faucets which were leaking from the handles and asked him what to do. He stated to replace vs. cartridges. One the first faucet he chipped our marble sink. The company sent a person to repair but it is noticeable. They charged us $1500 to repair two faucets, neglecting to mention a flat fee. Great service!! Definitely our go to people! After working all day a crew of guys came approx. 9:00pm to service a gas leak. Fortunately for all of us it was a minor leak on the outside of the water heater. So they weren’t tied up another few hours. They all were very attentive took there time testing for all the areas that could have a potential leak and very patient. Give them a call they won’t disappoint!! 👍 Thank you so much for your service and coming out so late in the evening!
We have now used them for two houses and couldn't be happier. Most recently, they had 3 plumbers under our house at 1 am to find and fix a problem. Their costs are always fair and their plumbers seem to really care about getting the problem fixed right. I was honestly shocked by how hard they worked for us and we are truly grateful. They are a dedicated company and know how to keep customers for life.
Absolutely fantastic!!! They were our second estimate n were actually higher but the professionality they showed n they’re estimate was what clenched it. Called at 4:30PM on a Tuesday for a fully clogged kitchen sink that I could not clean out myself. They drove 20 miles in 45 minutes, did not charge an overpriced flat rate like most in-city plumbers, had honest hourly pricing with no additional trip charge, and were super nice guys. Then three days later, they called me to follow up and make sure the pipes were still flowing; because if not, they offered to come out and redo the job for no additional charge.
