Outstanding service! Our 30 year old furnace malfunctioned in the middle of winter. The Riddell service techs arrived 2 hours later, diagnosed the problem and searched for the obsolete parts needed for the repair. Unfortunately the parts aren't available anymore . A new furnace was ordered and installed the next day. They even provided small portable heaters to keep the house warm until we were up and running. Thank you for such a fast repair on my furnace over the Christmas . I found all staff friendly ,well manered and listened to my situation. I found the technicians were prompt with arrival , very polite and gentlemen like . I would also like to say aswell very educational to my issue.
