Completely unethical company that continues to harass me after my repeatedly asking them to stop contacting me after I cancelled my account!
I expressed some concerns about time window and both Chris and Tanner were quick to respond. Rest assured, they were still on time, very friendly, and professional. Pending results on pest eradication, but great company so far! Edited: Results were shoddy after the year of service. Ridd was bought by Aptive and service took a major nosedive. For their last visit, the technician (Terrell) tells me he's done servicing the house. I ask, "you're here?" to which he says yes and lists all the things he did. I say, "I didn't see you" to which he replied "I'm in your driveway finishing up my notes." I respond, "I'm standing in my garage looking at my driveway and there's no one there." He begrudgingly shows up 30 minutes later and I could tell he had a chip on his shoulder. Wow, terrible customer service here. Plus the lawn still looks like trash after a year. Kyson was not helpful at all and refused to help with phone numbers to supervisors so I could get my issues resolved.
I had a German roach problem and the Techs are great and thorough , however I haven’t even had them for a year and I’m paying monthly for 5+ no shows
