Pretty deterred by Ricoh at this point. The customer service is absolutely horrible for starters, and their online Chat option is a complete joke and quite useless. I don't know how many times today I heard the words "There's nothing we can do", even from a supervisor named Denise in Georgia! Like where is the customer service in that!? At least TRY to do something. Unfortunately, I don't know if we will continue using such an unhelpful company.
