Rachel from Rico Tours planned our honeymoon in Costa Rica and it was the best experience we've ever had! With all of the wedding planning going on we simply could not take on another planning activity so we left everything in Rachel's hands and she did a knock-out job! She arranged all of our transportation, our resort stays, our activities, even helped us get a refund from the states less than 24 hours before an activity when we decided we were too tired to do one of the tours we had planned. LOVED Cuba, so much fun! Dan Adams sold us an itinerary that was physically not doable. Cost me $200 in phone calls from Cuba to deal with issues before I stopped trying to contact them. They refunded us $167.50 each for our troubles plus my calls.
