Called 3 times, left messages, no response. Emailed, no response. Filled in client form, no response. Expressed interest in a house. Guess they are not interested.
This place left me stranded, almost homeless on a rental during my move to Winnipeg. Highly unprofessional, would not recommend or use again.
Would not recommend, this company took over a place I was renting then refused to give me my damage deposit after I moved out. It was very bewildering.
This was way over due comment that i want to share. I had wonderful time in one of Rico’s houses. They ate great and helpful staff. I never had any problem with them. Thank you so much Federico and rest of the staff. My family and i enjoyed our stay where we called it home. And all that beccause of uour kindness.
Had a great experience working with Federico. He was always quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was organized and handled properly. It really took the stress out of the process. I appreciated how attentive and professional he was throughout. I'd happily work with him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
