Gave a botched septum piercing. They wouldn't offer a refund and were completely rude.

Try taking responsibility for your actions and showing concern for the safety and wellbeing of your clients. absolutely disgusting.
Unprofessional, messed up the piercing. Won’t offer compensation or even man up to what they did. Management sticks by employee even if the employee is wrong! My suggestion is to never visit this place til they become professional. If it happens.

Piercers are not qualified in the slightest. Only go here if your looking for a infection or wrong piercing placement.
Their tattoos are awesome but i wouldn’t recommend anyone get any piercings from them ! They don’t know how to place them or own up when they’ve done something wrong.
Gross , this place should be shut down for unsafe and unprofessional practises.
