I don't expect perfection, I just want a choice but Brenna lied and then tried to gaslight me. Brenna did a great job bleaching my hair evenly. The issue is, I checked-in during bleaching and toning - she said I would be "dark ashy blonde".... When she turned me around for the big reveal, I was confused why it was beige and strawberry blonde? I texted the business when I got home. I had a wonderful experience getting my hair done here with Shelby! Everyone was so welcoming, too, and the environment was very clean and relaxed. I got a gloss and weft extension move up, and she did a fantastic job! It can be difficult to find a stylist who does placement correctly, but Shelby did! I left feeling amazing! Thank you for an awesome experience :)
