I booked an appointment online at this salon once before. Service was fine. Booked a second appointment online and received confirmation of my reservation. When I arrived to the salon, the receptionist didn’t see my reservation and the stylist wasn’t even there. Disappointing and frustrating. Though I was offered an appointment 1.5 hours later, I was already inconvenienced and my schedule didn’t allow it. Make sure your day is wide open if you’re choosing this salon, just in case your reservation disappears.
Lyric has been my loc stylist for YEARS and I genuinely wouldn’t go to anyone else. I’m tender-headed and when I tell yall I could fall ASLEEP in her chair and my hair still ALWAYS tight and pristine. She’s so funny and works fast too. Literally couldn’t ask for better.
Shelby does an amazing job on my hair. It always feels beautiful and amazing when I leave the salon. They have all the products you need and the salon has such a cozy and friendly atmosphere.

I will not go anywhere else! Ricky is so incredibly knowledgeable that I fully trust sitting in his chair and letting him work his magic! I always leave with a beautiful color and styled curls to perfection! I also constantly receive compliments on my color weeks after my service. The absolute best salon and staff!
