Dr. Ricky Placide isn't a good doctor at all. I was sent by my Ortho Doctor to have him look at my back and all he said when he came into the room was what are your expectations of me? I told him a Dr. Herzog sent me to him to have him to work on my back. He said I didn't have a full work up even though I seen 6-7 doctors already look at my back. He said sorry for not meeting your expectations and left.
It's been several years but Dr. Placide pretty much saved my cervical spine! I highly recommend!
2 appointments and promised surgery would be within 60 days. Never booked the surgery and more important never had the courtesy to let me know he was not able to preform. He dropped me like a hot potatoes.
Dr. Placid is incredible. He put 4 rods in my back, as well as washed out infection in my pelvic and belly area. Absolutely no pain except for the infection that keeps coming back which is no fault of his. His incisions are hardly noticeable. I recommend him to everyone I talk to.
