Very upfront and honest.
Mr. Barnes came out to greet us he was courteous and honest about the vehicle we went to look at. He didn't try to sugarcoat anything about the vehicle if he didn't know he told us. He even said he would come down on the for some of small defects the had. I call the an honest man.
