Drove over from Raleigh after finding a SUV I had been looking for. Test drove with John and felt like we had been friends for years in five minutes. BJ was a straight shooter and negotiated a fair price. Noah made the buying process very simple and fast. I feel I could drive back over today and just hang out for the afternoon and I would be welcomed like family. I hate buying cars from salesmen but Rick's made it a very pleasant experience.
