I purchased washer from this store, when I got it home it did not work, when I called them back they would not even pick it up, they told me I had to bring it back to them and let them try to repair it or give me another one. I asked the owner why should I have to bring it back to you? I bought this in good faith that you were selling a washer that works and why do you need to repair something that should not have been broken in the first place? The owner claimed I must have broke it when I moved it to my home from his shop.
