Ricks Appliciances took $230 off my card for a washer machine they refused to be pick up once arrangements were made. Even called to police and they refused to answer the telephone calls. It is the 24th of April transaction took place on the ********* still have yet to receive the reimbursement. Will have to take off time from my job for court proceedings. Unbelievable. Stay away. They are scammers. They will sell you appliances that don’t work even though they say they do. They have a no return policy they don’t tell you about until you signed everything. They will harass you until you leave. They do business “under the table” so they don’t have to report it to IRS. However I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and IRS.

i bought a used washer and dryer that rick claimed he would back it up if it had issues in 30 days. i got the washer home and it didn't work. he replaced it with a much cheaper washer. he claimed that was all he had at the moment. i then noticed the dryer would not stop when you opened the door. i called he said he would order the part and come fix it. over 6 months later i was ticked off and stopped by. he suddenly had amnesia and had no knowledge of the promise. after a few words with him he told me to leave. as i promised... read more

I bought a washer and dryer. I started to wash my clothes & the washer started smoking and stopped working. The dryer didn't get hot and when you open the door of the dryer it keeps spinning.

I gave it a 1 star because it's the LOWEST you can give. Stay far away from this crook. Bought a dryer from him & it lasted2 months!!! You'd think at $200.00 it would last a little longer. Don't waste your time or money.

The only reason this gets 1 star is because I had to in order to write this review. The owner of this place is the most inpersonable person I've ever come across. He doesn't care about customers or even trying to keep a customer. He gets all his appliances from a junk yard which is where they need to remain. The 1st thing I opened to look at had such a rank odor is was unbelievable. bought a washer and dryer from rick's today well the washer works good but the dryer cuts off after about 15 min of drying. i called rick and he said he would come back and check it out if he does i will change my mind about him but if not i will post and tell everyone i can NOT to buy nothing from him not even a dog house

I don't think I've ever dealt with anybody quite as dishonest! $180 refrigerator it lasted 45 days. After talking to him on the phone he told me they would fix not a problem. After that conversation he no longer answers my calls so I went by there and the guy that works with him told me I should call from a different number. So I did and he answered the phone and said he was gonna get somebody to go out and look at it. I told him I had already paid somebody to look at it. And that it could not be fixed. Bought a washer, used it twice it stopped working. I called said "bring it in they would take a look at it" I ask to replace it he said the didn't have any at the moment, I was just there they have plenty!!!! Talked a big game when they took my money!!!!!!
