Stay away. They are scammers. They will sell you appliances that don’t work even though they say they do. They have a no return policy they don’t tell you about until you signed everything. They will harass you until you leave. They do business “under the table” so they don’t have to report it to IRS. However I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and IRS.
i bought a used washer and dryer that rick claimed he would back it up if it had issues in 30 days. i got the washer home and it didn't work. he replaced it with a much cheaper washer. he claimed that was all he had at the moment. i then noticed the dryer would not stop when you opened the door. i called he said he would order the part and come fix it. over 6 months later i was ticked off and stopped by. he suddenly had amnesia and had no knowledge of the promise. after a few words with him he told me to leave. as i promised... read more
I bought a washer and dryer. I started to wash my clothes & the washer started smoking and stopped working. The dryer didn't get hot and when you open the door of the dryer it keeps spinning.
bought a washer and dryer from rick's today well the washer works good but the dryer cuts off after about 15 min of drying. i called rick and he said he would come back and check it out if he does i will change my mind about him but if not i will post and tell everyone i can NOT to buy nothing from him not even a dog house
I don't think I've ever dealt with anybody quite as dishonest! $180 refrigerator it lasted 45 days. After talking to him on the phone he told me they would fix not a problem. After that conversation he no longer answers my calls so I went by there and the guy that works with him told me I should call from a different number. Bought a washer, used it twice it stopped working. I called said "bring it in they would take a look at it" I ask to replace it he said the didn't have any at the moment, I was just there they have plenty!!!! Talked a big game when they took my money!!!!!!
I have bought from Rick in the past and have had no issues. I have a used refrigerator and freezer combo 6 years ago for 125.00 and is still running!
I bought my fridge 5 yrs ago i knew that buying used appliances everything would not be perfect. Rick the owner personally went out of his way when i had a problem one time. I recommend everyone i know to him!
I read the only review on this place. I totally agree and my story is the same. We have brought back 3 yes 3 washers and Rick insinuated we must of broke it. His own son told us that sometimes washers get put out for sale and they don't even know if they work! We are returning and requesting our money back! Buyers beware!!!!
