I came in to purchase two used tires. One of the tires I purchased was in worse disrepair than the one I was replacing. I requested a refund for that tire and to have my old tire returned, but somehow over the course of an hour, your staff managed to lose it. Then I came in less than a week later to have the other tire patched, and was informed that there was no way it could be patched as the tread was too far gone and the tire itself was suffering dry rot. Been coming here with all my work vehicles for four years have a flat they don’t want to fix it say the tire is in bad shape I understand that but I literally just bought these tires I bring my car here my other company car at my work van and they don’t want to work with me what a shitty fucking company! DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THESE CROOKS!!!We bought tires 2 years ago with the 3 year warranty. Of course when it comes time to ask for tires to be replaced because their tread is low, they claim that the tread has to be 2/32, but my receipt claims it must not have less than 3/32 remaining. Apparently they don't use this receipt anymore. And they apparently need proof of rotations being done. What if you rotate the tires yourself, how are you supposed to provide proof?!? I have done business with them for years but today was even better! Had a really low tire after work, ran to United to get a little air to make it over there hoping to get it fixed. I called while I was waiting at the light and asked if they were done for the day, the guy said yes they do close at 5. I asked if they could just air my tire up real quick and I would come back monday...he said sure no problem. The only place in Lubbock to get tires. The service is excellent and Donald went out of his way to assist me. I feel like I have a new vehicle.
