Terrible customer service, terrible customer service, oh and did I say terrible customer service? Don’t waste your time going here there are too many other tire places in town that will get the job done. Treated my wife like she was invisible. Will never go back. Hire professionals that have a good attitude.

We have been customers of Rick's Tires since they opened years ago! you can't beat the prices anywhere and the Service- both during and most importantly AFTER the sale! Both shops have very clean and comfortable waiting areas and they also do Oil changes and other services for less than the big busy shops!

Wife Showed up @ 530 . Greeted rudely and rep lied about acceptable payment . Called company card service to where they confirmed that said card is taken at this location. . Bottom line the help was ready to go home even tho sign said closes at 6.
Honest and friendly! We thought we needed new brake pads and possibly rotors but when their service technician inspected it he found a piece of debris making noise. They were honest enough to call us and tell us the brakes and rotors were still good. We are so thankful for honest people here at the Slide location in Lubbock!
