RecommendedRicks service department is like no other I’ve ever experienced. We have been waiting for two weeks for an exterior door that I broke. We had plans to go camping this weekend. We were just going to cover up the door somehow to still go camping. When my husband arrived to pick it up, the door was fixed. They made it work!! Cannot thank you all enough. Best service I’ve ever received!

We bought a Montana. The sales dept were great with us.... thank you Tyler. We had an issue a week and a half later, we brought our camper in and they started on it the same day. Thank you Gabe. Would I recommend Rick’s RV to others? Yes! Locally owned, service is very prompt.... they care.... thank you for everything......
Would not buy from Rick’s if they where the last dealership on earth. to the lady with the flag staff for sale they could have sold it to me for asking price but because it was not theirs they told me that they did not care if I bought it or not to go to another dealership instead of working with me. Poor management on their part. I wanted that camper but ended up buying from Specialty Hitches in Alexandria. We got an awesome camper and they where great to work with.
