I live a little north of Alexandria so I was shopping local and the service was terrible at the local dealership. We did a search of RV dealers a little further out and came across Ricks. As I drove into the parking lot of Rick’s RV Sales in Ville Platte, LA with my 3 month-old Montana 3121RL 5th wheel 10 minutes late for my 9:30 AM service appointment, there he was…Tyler, one of two brothers who own Rick’s, waving me to go directly into Bay 1 of their pull-through service facility. A HUGE shout out and thank you to the entire staff at Ricks RV. We were camping and our ac went out. We took our camper to Ricks at 8:15 Monday morning. At 9:00 we drove out with a new COLD ac. The staff is exceptional helpful and will go out of there way to help their customers. Highly recommend them
