I had a 4-point inspection for insurance renewal and there were a couple chipped tiles and one broken tile reported that needed to be repaired. I got a ridiculous quote from a local vendor in the thousands without even coming to the house so I panicked and asked my neighbor for a reference. He had nothing but good things to say about Ricks Roofing so I gave them a call. Efram was the nicest guy! He came out the same day I called him and went up on the roof. Excellent service
It was wonderful dealing with a true family owned company that stands by their word. I was at the height of the market with hurricane roof issues and Chris and his wife Liz treated me as family. Made me feel at ease and called or emailed me to update me on how things were coming along. They have wonderful staff and their work ethics are impeccable. I would and have given their number out as much as possible. You all are the BEST!!
