I Recently purchased an Exmark mower from Rick's Outdoor Power Equipment, and had a minor mechanical issue. I brought the mower in and Rick immediately diagnosed and resolved the problem. Rick even performed a complimentary oil change for my troubles. I am so thankful to experience such outstanding customer service in southern Brazoria County. Thank you Rick!
This place was very rude and unhelpful. We were helping an 83 year old Vietnam veteran get his mower back together. It helps keep him busy. This guy didn't want to be bothered. He was rude from the moment we arrived with the mower on the trailer. I have 3 zero turn mowers and a large tractor that I have maintenenced and serviced at Honda of Lake Jackson and we've used them for years and have never been treated like this man treated us. If they serviced this brand that the 83 year old had, we'd have used Honda in a heartbeat ... read more
If I could give a zero star, I would I just went in there to get some advice on the lawnmower blade. Not sure if the guy was the owner, but the guy at the counter was very rude. All I was trying to do was get some advice on the lawnmower blade, if you get it, he said no I said could you check anyways never mind I did not toss the blade back to me on the counter and give me an attitude Do not recommend
I called to ask a mower question. I simply asked if they could help me locate a correct part number for my mower. The man I spoke to said I could buy it from him because he is a dealer and would not help me with the part number. I have multiple mowers and one that needs work done. I was thinking about taking it to him, but since he wanted to tell me that I am rude and hang up on me that will not be happening.
