I spoke with Rick on 7-29-2025.He said if his men were in Vernon,he would send them over.I called at 4:11 PM and waited until at least 5PM in my living room 20 feet from my front door. I got a call from him the next day (voice mail)telling me that his men came 20 minutes after I called & I didn't answer my phone or the door.I double checked my Ring doorbell from330PM until 6PM.No vehicle pulled into my driveway or in front of my house & no came to my door or called.He also said he sent them 3 times with no answer & they woul... read more
Overall a fantastic experience. We had a reasonable quote drafted quickly with a thorough explanation of all that was involved. The install team showed up promptly and did expert work - Rick’s technique is truly a no-mess install. Very little disturbance was done to my lawn. The grass is regrowing very quickly! The system works and is tuned perfectly and the customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend!
