We purchased a Evergreen wood stove in Oct. 2018. Scott installed the stove in our older farm house. He did an excellent job climbing up and down on our roof to remove old pipe and installing the new one. Inside the house he was very professional in his manners, conversation and his ability to install the stove. We have been very pleased with the service from the company as well as the efficiency of the stove. We would recommend you visit the store and see all that is available.
We added an extraordinaire elite to our house to replace the nasty gas insert put in by the builder, 66000 Btus. Scot helped all the way and the final install came out really well Really good help during our install and a great showroom to help with the ideas.
Times 2... Last December (2016) we had Rick's install a freestanding wood stove in our family room and we really loved it. This January (2018) we decided to have a gas insert put in our original living room fireplace. I like the wood stove. My wife likes the easy operation of the gas stove without the mess. We chose Rick's for this install as well and are completely satisfied with the company. Super friendly and they know what they are doing.
This place sucks. I called repeatedly to have my stove serviced and cleaned. When they came out they serviced it and wrote on the invoice that they cleaned it also. THEY DID NOT. Took me three times and two weeks or more to finally get ahold of someone and he argued with me. Stated that their cleaning costs $345. Funny it only cost $75 last year. I wouldn't go back to them if you paid me. The man on the phone acted like he didn't even want my business. I will tell everyone I know how I was treated
