Amazing customer service; over- night drop off for next day repairs.
I think finding an good local mechanic is a very important thing to do, and Rick's is just that. I've been going here for a couple of years, and they've consistently been quick, inexpensive, and most importantly, very honest. I showed up for an oil change with a big dent in my bumper, and when I came back Rick told me that they had taken a hot air gun to it and popped it back out, free of charge. I also had a side mirror replaced once and noticed that when I got it back that the mirror didn't exactly fit in the holder. When ... read more
Car was leaking coolant. Took it in and later that afternoon got a call to inform me that the part that had broken was under recall, and suggested I take my car to a dealership to be repaired for free. I was overwhelmed with the honesty, and was happy to pay a small diagnostic fee compared to the hundreds I saved knowing the part was recalled. Will 100% be going back here for my next service.
