Very good – very good company. scheduling was a little confusing but they did a great job and their prices were reasonable.
Best experience I have had with a gate company – They were great. I called in for service. It was not an emergency so the call was scheduled for the next day. I was told the tech would call me before he arrived. I also called in the morning to get an eta. I was told between 11-1 he was there at 11:30. He called me on my cell phone 30 minutes before he arrived. I was able to meet him and he repaired the gate. He was a very knowledgeable technician. Great customer service, and very experienced technicians – I read the previous review that said this was the worst company ever. This review was written a few years ago. They must be under new management. The technicians do have cell phones. I actually needed service right away, because my gate was stuck closed. The girl I spoke with was very polite and dispatched a technician to my house the same day. He was actually there within the hour. He called me from his cell to let me know he was on his way. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS – They are the worst company i have delt with in a long time. I have only called them 2 times and both were a disaster!!!!. They never showed. I had to keep calling and each girl that answered the phone gave me some lame excuse of why he didn't show up or just said I don't know anything about it someone will call you back (but they never do). The tech's don't have cell phone's and the office closes at 5pm. So if your appt time is after 5pm and the tech doesn't show you only have an answering machine to ... read more
