Really inconsistent on their slices but you'll be charged full price! Cake taste old and stale! Not what they used to be and I'll never be back!

So i went here for the first time and i had a terrible experience. There wás a fly on a cake and when we told a worker she acted like she didnt care. Maybe it wás just one of those bad days but we wont go back.

I've dined here several times. But tonight I had a long blonde hair come out of the bite I had eaten. My friend kept pulling the hair it was a good foot long. We were told a baker has long blonde hair. Then my hot cocoa arrives in a glass that has a chip on the top of the glass which scratched my bottom lip raw. I cannot believe this is happening.
Yesterday my friend and I got two pieces of carrot cake and took it home. It was delicious. I'm ready for more.
