Had a vinyl plank flooring installed and carpeting, couldn't be more pleased. Out of 5 different stores they were the only ones who really took the time and had the patience to show me all that was available. The job was clean and sharp, the installers were both very friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was right before they left...even asking if I had any concerns about the job....A++

Excellent selection of high quality carpeting. Expert installation. Great customer service.
Job was left incomplete. An unsecured / unfinished threshold on the stairs resulted in an injury to my wife. I was then told the installer that stared the job was the only one that could fix it and he was "missing" so we would have to wait untill he came back. 9 days later it was fixed. Absolute joke of customer service.
Re-carpeted the house after the kids were past the "spill age", or so I thought... nice sales people, professional and clean installers. I will do business with them again!
