Good food. Great prices. Fast service. Friendly staff.
Omelettes were amazing! Definitely a locals spot, none of the tourist nonsense. Highly recommended!
I'm so thankful for Rick's!! Getting off of work late, there's not a lot of good food places open. Rick's has awesome, home cooked meals 24-7. It's so good and the staff is friendly and inviting! Thanks Rick's for serving awesome food to late night workers!
Ricks cafe has the warmest atmosphere and some of the best cooking in virginia beach while still maintaining a hole in the wall vibe.
