I've come to Rick's a couple of times now while visiting my brother. Great food, huge portions and good prices. I wish there were more places around back home that had late hours like Rick's. Definitely recommend.
This is without a doubt the best locals and vacys all night place in VaBeach!!! Been here 14 years and still one of my very best favorite places in town!!
