I bought my 2013 Ford Explorer last year from Rick. I have had nothing but problems with it. When we arrived and took it for a drive, the parking sensors and another sensor kept going off and saying it didn’t work. We asked about it, and he cleared them and said “that’s never done that before, must just be a fluke” so we took his word for it. I would 100% recommend ricks auto sales. I never saw the vehicle before I drove 6 hours there. Everything described was accurate. There were no surprises. Brett took extra pictures for me so that I could make sure I knew what I was getting before I made the drive there. The purchasing process was fast and efficient.
