Rick was a fair, generous and honest. He has since passed away and the new proprietor needs to build his own reputation. A family member had brought their vehicle in for service and was told they have to use the parts the owner gets from their supplier in order for them to guarantee the work. The parts on the estimate were over $200 more than that if my family member had bought the same exact parts from Autozone.
