Amazing personal care! My 2010 Expedition engine needed work. They took time to educate me on the problem and afterward showed me the condition of the parts they replaced and repaired. When they finished, it was like driving a new vehicle. I wanted to just keep driving. It felt like the SUV I once knew was back! Welcome back Eddie Bauer! To Rick and the whole team, you are the best!

If you want to go somewhere where they are fast yet efficient, Ricks is where its at! Prices are very reasonable and the staff is incredibly skilled ib customer service. They know what they are doin and are very professional. I have been goin to them for almost 3 years now and won't go anywhere else for my repair needs!

I like going here since they are honest and let you know before they start working on your vehicle your options. They will tell you which one are real important and what can wait. My car is twelve years old and I've had it for eleven, I really thought I was going to need some work done but they found something that just starting to wear and can wait till later. I had an AC diagnostic done, and was very pleased. Each member of the staff that I dealt with was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned to make my experience a positive one. The staff also seemed to enjoy their work and were having a good time while still being professional, which made for a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.
