I stopped by GTS to get an estimate and schedule an appointment to repair a 6 inch scratch on my Model 3. Jack the owner, super nice guy, said I can take can of that right away, which he did. All for no charge! They are friendly and know what they’re doing!
Being a single woman and getting into an accident can be scary in LA, but i was so lucky to find these guys online. They were so honest and professional from the second i walked in i already felt that i was in great hands! They walked me through the whole insurance process A-Z and always kept me updated every step of the way. A big thank you to the whole team, definitely my go to repair shop!
I cannot recommend this body shop enough! From the moment I walked in, Jack and Ed were so kind, honest, and professional. They walked me through the entire repair process and made dealing with the insurance company completely stress-free. When I picked up my car, the repair work was flawless, the paint matched 100%, and they even surprised me by cleaning the inside and out. Fast turnaround time and top-notch customer service. Five stars all around!
Excellent experience, with above average service. I was rear-ended and the first body shop Geico sent me to does not work on Jaguars. This body shop knew of GTS. They had excellent communication via text or phone. They kept me updated and the work was premium. I would definitely recommend them for any type of auto work!
If I could give GTS Auto Center six stars, I would. My car was vandalizing over night & I wanted to get the damage repaired immediately — I was hoping the damage would be more minor than it looked. I researched some shop and eventually landed at GTS. Jack and Ed greeted me, took one look at it and were upfront with me: it was going to be a bigger job than I anticipated.
