I chose Rick's because it was covered under the insurance of the person who hit me, but I will choose them again for all future collision repairs! Their customer service is exceptional, the repair work was beautiful and they even vacuumed my interior and washed my cars exterior when the work was complete! They also had a nice feature that sent me auto texts to let me know The status of my repair. 10/10 recommend!
Matt has fantastic customer service skills and the type of personality that I enjoy working with! He's friendly and his demeanor is excellent for this type of work! His body shop team does fantastic work. Just make sure you inspect your car for any issues after the work is done because there's a lot involved and there's always a little something. I’ll admit I was weary after reading some of the reviews. Ask for Matt though and he will make sure you’re taken care of start to finish. Friendly and easy to deal with. Quick and great service start to finish.
