I can’t say enough good things. My car was back faster than expected, was fixed for the estimated price, and looks absolutely perfect. I haven’t had body work done in the last 20 years but that was at Rick’s as well and I had just as good of an experience. Thank you for making this so easy
First let me say that Matt at Rick's Auto Body is kind, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. This is our go to place for almost 20 years and about 5 incidents. When on the road a lot, driving from O'Fallon to Ferguson or Arnold daily and doing weekend shows in all kinds of weather, one tends to experience some things. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Rick’s Auto Body. My wife recently brought our car in for repairs, and the way she was treated was unacceptable. The staff spoke down to her as if she didn’t understand anything about the process, which was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. To make matters worse, they claimed there were paint blemishes on the car before we even brought it in. They are very quick, curious and communicative
Unfortunately, someone backed into my truck in a parking lot and damaged my front passenger door and my front right hand fender. The insurance company recommended Rick’s and I’m glad I listed to them. The repair is flawless. I checked it up close and from far away, both during the daytime and the night time.
