I’ll admit I was weary after reading some of the reviews. Ask for Matt though and he will make sure you’re taken care of start to finish. Friendly and easy to deal with. Quick and great service start to finish.
They did a really great job, car looked brand new like when I got it
I had hail damage on X1 2024 BMW. They were sloppy and car interior had glass and dust in it and windshield had to be replaced twice, the hood had to be cleaned up left drips had my car the first time a month. 2nd time still has issues. I didn't call them back right away and now skating out on a time line. I have pictures of prior taking it in and the places are exact. Second car taken in for 'work'. This time just paint repairs. Rick's did fantastic job, car looks brand new. Would highly recommend Rick's.
