I’ll start off by saying that if this was based solely on the work that was done, I’d give them 5 stars. The car looked fantastic and like it was brand new. However, we ran into some delays - not the fault of the shop at all, but each time it got further out we didn’t get any phone calls about it. In fact, we had to call them each time for more information. I chose Rick's because it was covered under the insurance of the person who hit me, but I will choose them again for all future collision repairs! Their customer service is exceptional, the repair work was beautiful and they even vacuumed my interior and washed my cars exterior when the work was complete! They also had a nice feature that sent me auto texts to let me know The status of my repair. 10/10 recommend!

Matt has fantastic customer service skills and the type of personality that I enjoy working with! He's friendly and his demeanor is excellent for this type of work! His body shop team does fantastic work. Just make sure you inspect your car for any issues after the work is done because there's a lot involved and there's always a little something.
