they came out and “fixed” our oven and microwave. first time we tried it the oven wouldn’t shut off had to pull it out and disconnect gas hose to get it to turn off and microwave never worked. they have a tester they use to test it, so either they didn’t test it to make sure it was working, or tested it, knew it didn’t work and left anyways. been calling them for 2 weeks straight 2 times a day leaving messages and no response, do yourself a favor look elsewhere
Extremely fast, knowledgeable, and honest. Not trying to make a quick dollar, but share his knowledge while helping you get back to your normal life. Extremely down to earth
Very unprofessional service. Had to come back three times because they don’t know what they’re doing. American home shield shame on you for having them as your service provider.
My home warranty company assigned Rick to service my appliance and I could not be happier with the service. He was on time very helpful explained step by step on the process would go and get my appliance up and running . I definitely recommend him and hope in the future ahs sends him back out.
