The employees at Ricklin have always been extremely helpful (unlike Home Depot or Lowes, there is always someone around to answer questions ... in fact, they usually come up to me to see if they can offer any help before I get to them) and courteous. I love that we have Ricklin's Hardware in Narberth!!
